Feature Request - Option to tip / rain in a special channel, not always global (Could help getting more social feelings)

Hello,

today i expected the first time your (in my point of view a new feature), "/coindrop tip group".

I tried /coindrop in the german channel with and without name.

Currently i understand:

If i set a tip group, a generous tip will get a private tip to multiple persons. Currently i did not spot any function to define a tip group, so i expected to tip in my channel only.
Both variants are dropped as "global" for all, so i am to stupied or it could be a nice feature:

1 . Define people in a tip group, or global. 

2. Define a channel (german, sports, english etc.)
